NORF x CADA CASA

At the heart of the NORF event is the opportunity to empower emerging creatives with the resources and experience to accomplish their dreams. Every element of the show revolves around a structured mentorship/apprenticeship program or series of workshops. This educational aspect is facilitated by Cada Casa, an Oregon-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that advances equity by providing accessible intercultural education, athletic programs, skill-building, and civic engagement opportunities for students; with a focus on BIPOC, Latino/x, and other disadvantaged communities.

Cada Casa has been a proud supporter of MarkMo and the NORF event since its inception. With paralleled mission and vision, both organizations believe in empowering local artists in the community by providing education, resources, and opportunities. Our classes allow students of all ages to try a new passion while learning from an artist in their community. The workshops provide experiences for emerging creatives to develop their techniques and skills with mentors. Finally, NORF, and other events, provide the opportunity to showcase their work alongside industry professionals.
